The vision detection unit adopts 6 sets of vision processing system to carry out 360-de-gree full range detection on all the sides of the cap. The soft algorithm is mature and stable and can be adjusted according to the requirements of customers. The equipment can detect for the deforma-tion, roundness, flash, black dot, underfeed-ing and etc of the caps at a high speed.
